These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the KeepUp mobile app, web portal, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By using KeepUp, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
KeepUp is a TV and movie tracking service that helps users discover titles, track watch progress, and receive release notifications.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use KeepUp.
If you are under the age of majority in your region, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Some features are available without an account. Other features require sign-in (for example: library sync, calendar sync, cross-device account features, and certain notification/admin functions).

Notifications may include release reminders, watch progress alerts, and occasional product updates. You can disable notifications at any time in device settings.
Release dates, availability windows, and metadata are provided on a best-effort basis and can change.
KeepUp offers paid plans for expanded tracking and premium features.

Pricing and features can change in future versions where allowed by law and store rules.
You may submit user-generated content ("UGC"), including reviews, ratings, and reports.
You agree not to post unlawful, abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, infringing, or misleading content.
You grant KeepUp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, process, and moderate your submitted UGC for service operation, safety, and quality.
KeepUp may remove content, restrict features, or suspend access for policy violations.
KeepUp provides report tools for user and AI-generated content. Reports may be used for trust and safety review, abuse prevention, and compliance.
You must not:
KeepUp relies on third-party services and data providers (for example Firebase, Apple services, TMDB, TVMaze, Trakt, and other integrations).
Third-party availability and data accuracy are outside KeepUp's direct control.
Use of third-party providers may also be subject to their own terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by the KeepUp Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected.
KeepUp and its software, branding, and original content are owned by KeepUp or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No ownership rights are transferred to you except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms.
KeepUp may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or material Terms violations.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.
KeepUp does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or perfect accuracy of third-party metadata, release schedules, or notifications.
KeepUp is not a medical, legal, or emergency notification service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KeepUp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold KeepUp harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your UGC, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory local consumer laws provide otherwise.
If you downloaded the application through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:
Use of the application must comply with the Apple App Store terms and policies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect material revisions.
Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
